new routines for skeen

since i am getting bigger and bigger after raya.
so i need to have well-planned exercise.

* do sit-up twice a day.
* cycling exercise twice a day too.
* no more food start from 9pm till morning.
* reduce the intake of sweet food and beverages.
* eat in a small quantity of food and healthy food only.
* drink at least 1 bottle(1.5L) of mineral water per day.

so by those ways,
do you think i can
1)have flat stomach within 2months?
2)loss 5kg within 2months?

sy sgt2 berharap supaya cara ini akan berjalan dgn lancar dan menemui kejayaan. ;)

boleh nmpk kan sy dh gemuk?

p/s: sy diet pn gemuk jugak.bf sy melantak bnyk2 jugak yg makin kurus.haish!
